It can be hard to find space to book during busy season.

It’s a fully equipped photography studio with lighting, backdrops, and optional grip services. Also a natural light studio.
Cons:
Only open until 9pm. But opens as early as 6am to make up for it and the studio will stay open later for an extra fee.

Lots of rooms. Staff on site. Downtown accessible by TTC.

High traffic area and so is difficult to find parking, no free parking. Rooms are open at the top so there’s no audio privacy. You can overhear others’ conversation in adjacent rooms with ease, and others can hear yours.
